These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Signal2Hire. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service overview

Signal2Hire is an AI-powered recruiter assistant designed to help users analyze job descriptions, review candidate CVs, and generate structured recruiter-style insights.

2. Informational use only

Signal2Hire provides analysis and recommendations for informational purposes only. The service does not make hiring decisions and must not be relied on as the sole basis for any hiring, rejection, employment, or other personnel decision.

3. No automated rejection

You may not use Signal2Hire for fully automated candidate rejection or for decisions that would produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate human review.

4. User obligations

You agree that you will:
• provide accurate account information
• keep your login credentials secure
• use the service only for lawful purposes
• upload only data you are legally permitted to process and share
• comply with applicable privacy, employment, anti-discrimination, and data protection laws

5. Accounts and authentication

Access to some features requires a Google-based login. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account to the extent permitted by law.

6. Paid plans and billing

Certain features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Signal2Hire does not store full payment card details. Pricing, billing intervals, and plan features may be updated from time to time.

7. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and applying independent professional judgment before acting on them.

8. Fair and lawful use

You may not use the service to discriminate unlawfully, infer protected characteristics for decision-making, or violate the privacy or employment rights of candidates or other individuals.

9. Intellectual property

The Signal2Hire product, branding, software, interface, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where permitted by law, you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit the service beyond the intended use.

10. Suspension or termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe that the service is being misused, used unlawfully, or used in a way that creates risk for the operator, users, or third parties.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal2Hire is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or hiring outcomes. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of laws rules, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
